On the Front Lines for Labor

Our House of Delegates have not been a friend to unions for years, and the working class of our commonwealth is being held back as a result. Unions are always at the forefront of protecting workers, ensuring quality and efficiency, and building a competitive workforce.

If elected delegate, Ken will seek to even the playing field between unions and contractors, leading to real, healthy competition. He will also rigorously pursue policies which roll back and eventually overturn the "Right to Work" law which currently leads to artificially lower wages, leaves unions at a disadvantage, and makes many projects a "race to the bottom" in terms of finding workers.
